Jonathan was born and raised in Las Vegas and has spent more than 15 years building businesses here. Through Fine Entertainment, he operates bars, taverns, and restaurants across the valley, on the Strip and in the neighborhoods where locals actually go.
That operating record is the backbone of El Corazón. On October 13 he'll share what it taught him about staffing, programming, and keeping rooms full, and how those lessons went into this project.
